Placing an Order and Modifications
You can place an order online. A new customer can set up an individual account by filling out a form. This is not obligatory.
Your order can by modified if you noticed any mistake just after you order. If you are part of school project we can make changes before sending the order back. Remember we are trying to fit in the timescale we promised your school, so your time is limited to 3 days. It is better to call as straight away if your child’s design needs an improvement.
If you are an individual remember your order should be ready and send within 14 days so there is short time of 2 working days to make any changes. We should be aware by phone and by email regarding any changes.
We offer discounts. Information is usually placed next to the order.
When your child is part of the school project running with us the final order will be send directly to school if placed before a “Order online before” date . The teacher will inform you when the products will be delivered so you would be able to pick them up. Do not be worry, you will be sent an email with the information about shipping your order anyway with information how it was sent. Please note 2 weeks are counted for the “order by date”- please be patient if you placed your order just after you got the sample. .
If you placed your order as an individual -without “Design code” from the back of the sample card – the delivery should come within 14 days. Just remember that there will be a delivery cost added to the final price. The tracking number will be send via email.
Delivery will be by Royal Mail or courier depending on the size and weight of your purchase.
We are happy to deliver to addresses outside the UK, please ask for prices.
Returning Damaged / Defective Items
The customer ordering a product with individual artwork is entitled to claim only if the resulting product is not compatible for a specification or is damaged. Complaints regarding non-compliance with the order must be notified in writing within 5 working days of receipt. Exchange of the order or a refund can be made upon recipient of faulty products . Complaints submitted after 5 working days will not be considered.
Who covers the return shipping cost?
Future Art Studio Ltd will cover return shipping costs in cases where items have arrived in a damaged condition or are confirmed by a Shop representative to be defective.
For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
At the time of placing an order in the system arises automatically financial liability of accomplishing the Future Art Studio Ltd. The withdrawal of the order is possible only if the order was not communicated to pursue. A request for withdrawal of the order by the Customer must be submitted exclusively in writing and confirm his message by telephone.
Deadlines- How long will my order take?
Majority of the orders will take up to 10 days. All deadlines are given in working days. Through the business day means any day except Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and other days off from work. Completion date is counted from the day following the date of deposit of the order in the system Shop and pay duties. Completion date extended by the period resulting from a change in the findings or of obstacles major, independent from the seller.
Acceptable methods of payment:
1. a payment on account in the amount of 100% of the contract through a system of WordPay.
2. Customers who have granted the company Future Art Studio deferred payment terms to settle payments by bank transfer not later than 14 days from issuing date agreed by the parties. If the customer fails to pay within the period, he loses the ability to make future payments deferred until further notice.
